A: LTCNexus is a subscription-based service for Long-Term Care Insurers, claims professionals, and Third-Party Administrators, developed to assist claims professionals with provider eligibility questions that arise during review of almost every LTCi claim, while saving a considerable amount of time that would otherwise be spent searching for a particular state’s current regulatory framework. Boiled down, the resource is a user-friendly database for information relating to LTC provider licensing, certification requirements, and prompt-pay regulations across all 50 states.

A: The LTCNexus team tracks legislative movement across the U.S. and regularly updates the website.

A: LTCNexus contains current licensing and certification information. It could be that the license you are looking at is either (1) no longer issued in a given state; (2) voluntary (i.e. not required by law); or (3) comparable to another type of license issued by that state. If you cannot locate the license-type you are looking for, please e-mail LTCNexus@faegredrinker.com, and one of our team members can assist you.

A: We offer subscriptions in a variety of packages and plans that will suit the needs of you or your company. We can adjust subscriptions based on size of company and length of use, including monthly, annual, and multi-year plans. Plans are discounted based on length of plan selected. A: Yes. Once you have subscribed to LTCNexus, your username and password may be shared with your colleagues. In fact, two or more users can access the LTCNexus using the same password, at the same time, for no additional cost.

A: No! Any device with internet capabilities can access LTCNexus.
